The Pillars of Our Mission

Grace frees us from performance and opens us to wonder—we're already loved. We reflect the Light that shatters darkness: Jesus himself, alive in broken places. Among the forgotten we meet him, and in our weakness his power writes our beautiful adventure.

By Grace we bring The Light to The Least In His Strength.

Pillar 1 - GRACE

"But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love that he had for us, made us alive with Christ even though we were dead in trespasses. You are saved by grace!"

Ephesians 2:4-5 (CSB)

We were dead. God made us alive. Not because we deserved it, not because we performed well enough—but because of his rich mercy and great love. This changes everything about ministry. We're not working to earn his approval or prove our devotion. We're already loved, already accepted, already made alive in Christ. Our service flows from grace received.

Pillar 2 - THE LIGHT

"Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, 'I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.'" - John 8:12 (ESV)

"This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all." - 1 John 1:5 (ESV)

We're not coming with our own light, our own wisdom, or our own solutions. We're simply reflecting the light we ourselves desperately need. Jesus is the one who transforms darkness into hope, loneliness into family, and despair into purpose. He is the light of the world.

Pillar 3 - THE LEAST

"I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'"

Matthew 25:40 (ESV)

Jesus doesn't just care about the overlooked—he identifies with them. When we serve those aging out of children's homes or care for individuals with special needs, we're serving Christ himself. This isn't charity from a distance. It's encountering Jesus in the faces of the forgotten, the vulnerable, the ones the world passes by. They aren't projects to fix. They're image-bearers we're privileged to love.

Pillar 4 - IN HIS STRENGTH

"And I, when I came to you, brothers, did not come proclaiming to you the testimony of God with lofty speech or wisdom. For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. And I was with you in weakness and in fear and much trembling, and my speech and my message were not in plausable words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so that your faith might not rest in the wisdom of men but in the power of God."

1 Corinthians 2:1-4 (ESV)

We come in weakness, so the God's power will shine through. We're not trying to impress anyone with our programs or eloquence. We simply proclaim Christ crucified—the same gospel that rescued us. Our mission rests in God's power, not human wisdom.

So I kneel humbly in awe before the Father of our Lord Jesus, the Messiah, the perfect Father of every father and child in heaven and on the earth. And I pray that he would unveil within you the unlimited riches of his glory and favor until supernatural strength floods your innermost being with his divine might and explosive power.

Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.

Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!

Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.
